PERSONAL TRAINING
A one to one service to ensure a correct and safe rehabilitation exercise programme. Often these programmes are very
specific in range and technique. The personal trainers are all trained in injury rehabilitation and follow the exercise
prescription set by the Bodyfactor team of clinicians. Fitness testing, training and weight loss programmes are also a
major part of their role within Bodyfactor.
Getting the most out of every day is fundamental to a happy and successful life. To achieve this you need the natural
energy from exercise, nutrition and proper relaxation when required. When you feel good then everything else will
follow!
Personal Training sessions will introduce you to a wide variety of training methods to keep sessions enjoyable
and challenging. Included in your program will be a varying degree of cardio vascular exercise, resistance
training for muscle tone and strength, core conditioning and flexibilty.
With a consistent approach, this guidance will give you the fit, strong and healthy body which you can
achieve.
